The Barn House guest house offers more than just exceptional 5 star accommodation. It's a unique venue for businesses offering facilities for private meetings, interviews, small conferences, training and private dining. It's located within each reach of Hull, Beverley, M62 and Humberside Airport and yet offers all the benefits of a secluded and conducive environment.

The two 5 star guest houses have an informal yet professional style and include a range of meeting, dining and conference facilities. The extra thought that has gone into making our accommodation so unique is also continued through to our business offer which includes excellent service, personal attention and healthy food options to ensure the time spent here is both pleasurable and productive.

We are very flexible so are also always open to discussion on training ideas or other corporate requirements you may have so please contact us.

Across the two guest houses there are a selection of different rooms to choose from depending on the format of business meeting, conferences or training you require. All of them offer natural light whether it be in the more traditional style of The Barn House or the more contemporary feel of The Pigeon Loft.

Room Options

The Barn House Boardroom - classic boardroom style (up to 16 people)

The Boardroom can be found in The Barn House guest house, and is set up in the classic boardroom style but the similarity with other meeting and conference rooms stops there. This stylish room is light and airy with a large hand painted table and 16 comfortable leather chairs.

The Barn House Lounge - comfortable and homely (up to 12 people)

The Barn House Lounge has a comfortable, homely feel with relaxed seating arrangements and lots of natural light. Ideal for team working, less formal meetings or training and can hold a group of up to 12 people.

The Pigeon Loft Dining Room and Lounge - contemporary (up to 8 people)

The Pigeon Loft guest house is a completely separate property with its own meeting rooms and facilities. It is tucked away at the top of the gardens so offers the benefit of being even more private and secluded, perfect for that confidential or quiet and conducive business meeting.

The Dining Room is a lovely, contemporary room, light and airy with a table and eight comfortable leather chairs. The adjoining lounge area has three sofas and two comfortable chairs so it makes an ideal break out area for meetings. Alternatively if you require a less formal meeting the lounge can be used as the meeting area and the dining room for refreshments and lunch. These rooms can accommodate up to eight people.

All our rooms can be booked with refreshments and catering to suit your specific needs. However, to make it easier for you to decide, we have the following delegate packages available:

Standard daily delegate rate £34*

Includes:

  • Tea, coffee and bacon or scrambled egg and smoked salmon sandwiches on arrival
  • Morning coffee, tea, juice, water and biscuits
  • Our excellent homemade two course HEALTHY lunch
  • Afternoon tea and coffee with homemade cakes and biscuits
  • Hire of the room
  • Use of all equipment (excluding projector**)

Corporate Stays and Business Dining

To enhance your business experience at The Barn House we also offer corporate rates for our luxury accommodation, private dining, nutritionally balanced healthy lunch menus and even have our own on site therapy room so you can chill out after a hard days work.

Corporate room rates are available for regular stays or exclusive use. These can be discussed by calling Niki on 07984 219883.

Private dining is the perfect way to discuss business in a relaxed and confidential situation, entertain you visiting business colleagues or make the perfect end to a conference or training day. Our three course menus start at £35 per head and are available for a minimum of eight people and you can choose from -

  • 3 course meal - £35 per head
  • Knife and Fork Buffet - £25 per head
